Thank you very much for encouraging me with your kindness in comments about the video from last week! Your kindness did my heart a whole bunch of good in hoping the video did your hearts a whole bunch of good, too.
On that note, here’s another video for you and here’s what I’m praying for you today – may our Good God grace you with joy for strength and faith for hope as you trust Him to make straight paths for your feet, one step at a time (see Proverbs 3:5-6 and Psalm 119:105). May you rest in the knowledge He is our Faithful God Who holds us firmly in all circumstances, with all people, for all time, including those nights that seem to stretch far past the strength we’re praying to receive (see John 10:28-29).
Isaiah 55:11 is one of my favorite verses giving me the courage to keep on, keeping on with writing and speaking. I rest in the truth that God will use Scripture for His eternal purpose of His glory and the good of His people. That truth gives me such hope to keep on writing and keep on speaking because His Word is living and active at all times for all circumstances (see Hebrews 4:12). God isn’t limited by my inabilities in writing or speaking or by anything, for that matter. His strength is made evident through my weakness (see 2 Corinthians 4:1). Thanks be to our Good God for His work in and through our lives!
Isaiah 55:11 EASY It is the same when I give my word to people. It will not return to me without any result. No! My word does what I want it to do. What I promise to do will certainly happen.
Thank You, Jesus, that in You all of God’s promises are Yes and Amen! (see 2 Corinthians 1:20)
